Carmen worked to help us find the right home. She took us to view quite a few homes before we chose, and was patient and explained the many complicated procedures needed during the purchasing process. She was able to recommend local home inspectors, as well as set up termite inspection and other necessary items. She also renegotiated the initial offer to include some fixes and a price reduction. I recommend Carmen to anyone looking to purchase a home in this area.

Carmen is the ultimate real estate professional!!! She carefully listened to what we were wanting in a new home and because of our unique desires was able to show us several properties that fit. She knows the locale inside and out and was able to help us negotiate the contract to our satisfaction.
Carmen is personable and fun to be around, which made the search a lot easier than what we have experienced in other home purchases.
